SAPOL – JACET arrest northern suburbs

Detectives from the SA Joint Anti Child Exploitation Team (SA JACET), a partnership between SAPOL’s Public Protection Branch and the Australian Federal Police, arrested and charged a 57-year-old man from the Northern suburbs for possessing and disseminating child exploitation material (1 x aggravated, 1 x basic), and breaching an intervention order.

The man was refused police bail and will appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on Wednesday 3 March 2021.

Police wish to remind the public the trading, downloading, accessing Child Exploitation Material is not a victimless crime. Every image depicts a child being abused and these actions perpetuate the abuse. Members of the public who have any information about people involved in child…
